Shooting Mechanics Video

Perfect your player's shooting form with our Shooting Mechanics Video. This coaching tool allows players to get hands on coaching and video feedback of their shooting technique. Players will have their jump shot filmed during training sessions from various angles to analyze their shooting mechanics, then we'll create a coaching video that sheds light on areas of improvement. Coach Josh will review the mechanics video with the player and make adjustments in shooting form during a 30 minute private training session. Players will keep the video, and be sent home with specific drills to improve their shot!
